umurmur 0.2.12-1 -> 0.2.12-2

- remove leftover files
- fix Opus codec (upstream commit 720f08b81dda944f5d0f79bd1cf040244fd09365)
- fix the license (it's BSD, not GPL)
- add umurmur.conf to backup array
