fw_setenv symlink in uboot-env-2009.11-1-arm.pkg.tar.xz was broken. /usr/bin/fw_setenv -> /media/usb/builder/plugapps/core/uboot-env/pkg/usr/bin/fw_printenv fixed the PKGBUILD and bumped pkgrel version.
