graysky 8e4d89b849 alarm/uboot-raspberrypi to 2024.07-2 ...

Fix boot on RPi4B on linux-armv7 by adding native built dtb
files and needed config.txt.  Without both of these modifications
boot either hangs at a blank screen (without config.txt) or at the
rainbow screen (with dtb provided by github repo).
