To get precise temperature readings sensors must be insulated from ambient air temperature influence with additional thermal insulation. Temperature readings from most of sensors are interesting, but +/- few degree does not matter. So most of sensors can be covered with insulation as you wish.<br>

Temperature of this sensors must be as close to the temperature of copper tube as it possible. So install Tae and Tbe sensors as pictured below.
