This fixes gaps for metrics collected from [cadvisor](https://github.com/google/cadvisor) or similar exporters, which export metrics with invalid timestamps. See [this issue](https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/VictoriaMetrics/issues/4697) and [this comment](https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/VictoriaMetrics/issues/4697#issuecomment-1654614799) for details. The issue has been introduced in [v1.68.0](#v1680).
