vmalert: remove deprecated cmd-line flags -datasource.lookback, `da… (#6779)
…tasource.queryTimeAlignment` and `remoteRead.ignoreRestoreErrors` Those flags were all deprecated before [v1.101.0](https://github.com/VictoriaMetrics/VictoriaMetrics/releases/tag/v1.101.0).
