Previously some timeout errors weren't returned from `vmselect` to `vmstorage`. Instead, `vmstorage` could log the error and close the connection to `vmselect`, so `vmselect` was logging cryptic errors such as `cannot execute funcName="..." on vmstorage "...": EOF`.
