lib/streamaggr: set correct suffix <output>_prometheus (#6228)

Set correct suffix `<output>_prometheus` for aggregation outputs
`increase_prometheus` and `total_prometheus`
Before, outputs `total` and `total_prometheus` or `increase` and
`increase_prometheus` had the same suffix.
