These flags will configure the following:
- `remoteWrite.bearerTokenFile` - authentication for VictoriaMetrics Cloud
- `remoteWrite.url` - VictoriaMetrics Cloud endpoint to push metrics to.
1. Restart `vmagent` to apply newly added command-line flags.
