app/vmgateway: remove vmalert dependency

Browse source 
1. remove "vmalert" word from vmgateway doc and exposed metrics;
2. remove unrelated flags like -datasource.roundDigits, remoteRead.disablePathAppend, -datasource.disableStepParam
