tests: cover key concepts with more tests (#7516)
More key concept tests - Verify how the time range points are calculated - Vefify that a range query is equivalent to many instant queries Fix docs accordingly. ### Checklist The following checks are **mandatory**: - [x] My change adheres [VictoriaMetrics contributing guidelines](https://docs.victoriametrics.com/contributing/).
