Andrii Chubatiuk	a9283e06a3	streamaggr: made labels compressor shared (#6173) ... Though labels compressor is quite resource intensive, each aggregator and deduplicator instance has it's own compressor. Apply the same deduplication logic as in https://docs.victoriametrics.com/#deduplication This would require more memory for deduplication, since we need to track timestamp for each record.
