This also reduces test lines count by 15% from 3K to 2.5K . See https://itnext.io/f-tests-as-a-replacement-for-table-driven-tests-in-go-8814a8b19e9e . Aliaksandr Valialkin	be6da5053f	lib/promscrape: optimize service discovery speed ... - Return meta-labels for the discovered targets via promutils.Labels instead of map[string]string. This improves the speed of generating meta-labels for discovered targets by up to 5x. - Remove memory allocations in hot paths during ScrapeWork generation.
