Aliaksandr Valialkin	50f5eae0e0	lib/promrelabel: remove unconditional sorting of the labels in ParsedConfigs.Apply(), since the sorting isnt needed in many places ... Sort labels explicitly after calling the ParsedConfigs.Apply() when needed.
