Aliaksandr Valialkin 4aaa5c2efc app/vmselect/promql: allow adjusting window for default rollup function 
Default rollup function is `last_over_time`. It must support adjusting
the provided window in order to prevent from gaps on the graph
for window values smaller than scrape interval.
