Artem Fetishev ed5da38ede Introduce a flag for limiting the number of time series to delete (#7091) ... ### Describe Your Changes Introduce the `-search.maxDeleteSeries` flag that limits the number of time series that can be deleted with a single `/api/v1/admin/tsdb/delete_series` call. Currently, any number can be deleted and if the number is big (millions) then the operation may result in unaccounted CPU and memory usage spikes which in some cases may result in OOM kill (see #7027).
