Thanks to @rbizos for implementaion! * FEATURE: [vmagent](https://docs.victoriametrics.com/vmagent.html): add labels `path` and `url` to metrics `vmagent_remotewrite_push_failures_total` and `vmagent_remotewrite_samples_dropped_total`.
