This code adds Exemplars to VMagent and the promscrape parser adhering to OpenMetrics Specifications. This will allow forwarding of exemplars to Prometheus and other third party apps that support OpenMetrics specs. --------- Signed-off-by: Ted Possible <ted_possible@cable.comcast.com>
