This allows removing a hack with creation of temporary files at TestRemoteWriteContext_TryPush_ImmutableTimeseries. - Move common code for mustParsePromMetrics() function into lib/prompbmarshal package, so it could be used in tests for building []prompbmarshal.TimeSeries from string.
