Marco Maurer (-Kilchhofer) f17fca718d deployment/alerts: add missing description for VMagent alerts (#6921) ... The 3 alerts for VMagent: - `RejectedRemoteWriteDataBlocksAreDropped` - `TooManyScrapeErrors` - `TooManyWriteErrors` missed the description annotation.
