c1e570f48d Say goodbye when terminating 
When librespot is terminated while a session is active it will now send
a goodbye message, so that the Spotify client unregisters the device
from its list.

1d3c387fed Add --on{start,stop} command line option 
The --onstart and --onstop command line options can be used to run a
program when the audio playback is about to begin or has ended.

Note, that librespot needs executions rights to run the program.
Furthermore, the full path needs to be specified, e.g.
`/usr/bin/logger`. Executable scripts must begin with a shebang, e.g.
`#!/bin/sh`.

0716643ae3 Fix out of bounds panic 
Selecting a librespot device with the Spotify desktop client causes a
crash if the playlist is empty.

Take into account the case where an empty list of tracks is received. In
this case notify the desktop client, so it will accept the device and
turn the status bar green.

82af7a3d71 Specify suggested_latency from device info. 
- Update portaudio dependency.
- Pass default_high_output_latency to ensure robust playback.
- This is the same behavior as when previously using Stream::open_default().

ac5b34927f Support using tremor instead of libvorbis for audio decoding. 
Tremor is a fixed point / integer only Vorbis decoder.
This should improve playback performances on embedded platforms lacking
hardware floating point support.

c700315b30 Fix a deadlock between SpircManager and Player. 
The player was invoking its observers with the state locked, and the
SpircManager’s registered observer would try to lock it again.

Instead, the observers are invoked with a cloned state, and the SpircManager
avoids locking the state again.

5464647164 Ignore messages from unknown channels. 
It occasionally happens that messages on a channel are received before
the subscription confirmation, which would cause a panic when looking
for the subscription.

Changed to simply ignore those.

2c2ff16986 discovery: Truncate the AES key to 128 
The computed key is 20 bytes long (SHA1 checksum), but it used for AES128.
The last 4 bytes should therefore be dropped.

4806f3e85a mercury: Register subscription for all channel aliases 
When subscribing to a channel, we may actually end up subscribed to other
alias channels. We must track these as well in order to redirect received
messages properly.

e321379501 Use canonical username when subscribing to spirc. 
Uses canonical username that APWelcome message
contains once authenticated instead of username 
provided by user. SpircManager now accesses it via
its Session field.

525b27df98 Fix formula for the number of chunks. 
It was rounding to the nearest boundary as opposed to rounding up. This
caused the last chunk to not always be downloaded.

1ad62e6f18 First working version of protocol handshake. 
Key exchange and authentication is functional.
Protocol definition has been moved to separate crate to speed up build time.
Various cleanups. Take login info from command line, rather than hardcoded.
