ddfc28f99f Increase required Rust version to 1.17.0. 
Some dependencies require it.

Additionally, only build with lewton on >= 1.18

ace5d09662 README.md: change instructions to use release builds. 
On embedded devices (which many people use librespot on), debug builds
are too slow and produce choppy audio.

2372447d23 change binary name 
cargo can install directly from github, use
`cargo install --git https://github.com/plietar/librespot`
binary is put to ~/.cargo/bin/
