Fixing can't talk to controller for sdhci PXAV2
1. Fixing can't talk to controller for 8bus cycles at lowest speed
2. Changing clock name from PXA-SDHCLK to NULL
3. Adding MACH_GPLUGD dependency for SDHCI_PXAV2, SDHCI_IO_ACCESSORIES
