525b27df98 Fix formula for the number of chunks. 
It was rounding to the nearest boundary as opposed to rounding up. This
caused the last chunk to not always be downloaded.

fe56604037 Replace GMP by num’s Bignum implementation. 
This is awfully slow in debug builds, but simplifies the build process a
lot.
